After traveling much of the world and witnessing results of the horrible impacts of so many lives which had been upended, devastated and impoverished by geopolitical wars and political discontent, Dr. Smith founded The Sowers and Reapers Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization, to help bring awareness to the suffering of orphans and widows globally bringing some hope and relief through organized Christian faith based fundraising to them.
