The Sowers and Reapers Foundation

The Sowers & Reapers Foundation, an X99‑inspired organization rooted in the principles reflected in John 4:38, is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

The primary mission is to provide para-church su[pport in the way of education and basic need supplies to individuals who are dealing with catastrophic events in their lives such raising children in severe destitute poverty in third world countries; including but not limited to the widows and orphans of genocidal wars.

The mission of the Foundation is to provide a structured means for individuals, corporations, businesses, and nonprofit organizations to make monetary and non‑monetary contributions for charitable purposes. Donors may direct their contributions to a qualified charity of their choice or may authorize The Sowers & Reapers Foundation to match their contribution to a charitable recipient selected from categories listed on the Foundation’s website in alignment with its X99 framework.

The Foundation may create and administer designated charitable funds, program categories, or focus areas through which donors may direct contributions, provided that all contributions are used solely for purposes consistent with section 501(c)(3). The Foundation shall operate exclusively for charitable and educational purposes and shall not carry on any activities not permitted for organizations exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or corresponding future federal tax laws.
